2. Data Protection and Privacy

All medical records, photographs, and personal information shared with Clinics Turkey are strictly confidential. We process your data in compliance with international privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) solely for the purpose of medical evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

3. Use of Medical Photographs

Pre- and post-operative photographs or videos are taken for medical records. Such media will only be used for educational, scientific, or promotional purposes (on our website or social media platforms) if explicitly consented to by the patient via a separate written authorization.

4. Understanding Surgical Risks

While we work with board-certified surgeons in JCI-accredited hospitals to ensure the highest standards of safety, all surgical interventions carry inherent risks. Patients acknowledge that results may vary and depend on individual anatomical and physiological factors.

5. Financial Agreement

Cost estimates provided during initial consultations are based on the preliminary medical assessment. The final treatment plan and cost will be confirmed upon in-person physical examination by the operating surgeon.

6. Right to Withdraw Consent

The patient reserves the right to withdraw their consent for the proposed medical intervention at any time prior to the administration of anesthesia, without experiencing any prejudice regarding future interactions with Clinics Turkey.
